Brazil Natural Cerrado Santos – Smooth, Nutty & Easy-Drinking

Brazil Natural Cerrado Santos originates from the vast savanna landscapes of Brazil’s renowned Cerrado region. The name “Santos” refers to the port of Santos, historically the main export hub for Brazilian coffee, known worldwide for its consistent and reliable quality.

The Cerrado Mineiro region is famous for its flat terrain, stable climate, and advanced farming practices. With warm days, cool nights, and clearly defined wet and dry seasons, coffee cherries ripen evenly and predictably. This results in a clean, balanced cup with dependable flavor year after year.

Grown at altitudes between 800 and 1,200 meters, these beans develop a smooth and rounded character. After harvesting, the coffee undergoes a natural (dry) processing method, where the cherries are sun-dried with the fruit intact. This enhances the coffee’s body and brings out its natural sweetness.
