Brazil South of Minas Natural

Price range: € 10,00 through € 34,50

This classic Brazil from São Sebastião do Paraíso, South of Minas, captures everything we love about Brazilian coffee: sweetness, balance, and a smooth, round body.

Grown at Sítio Maracatu, a 70-hectare farm run by Dutch producer Pieter Keijsers, this Catuaí 99 lot was cultivated at 980, 1,000 meters and naturally processed to highlight its caramel sweetness and yellow-fruit notes.

Pieter has spent years improving quality and experimenting with fermentation at his farm in the Alta Mogiana region. The result is a clean, consistent cup with gentle acidity, full body, and a soft finish of caramel and milk chocolate a great representation of the South Minas terroir.

Cup score: 84.5
